Incorporating a regular schedule, including consistent sleep and meal times, can help regulate the body's internal clock. Additionally, practices like Abhyanga (self-oil massage) with warm sesame oil can be deeply calming to the nervous system.

Specific yoga poses like Balasana (Child’s Pose) and Shavasana (Corpse Pose) are particularly grounding and beneficial for calming an overactive Vata.

  4. Mindfulness and Focused ActivitiesEncouraging activities that require focused attention, such as drawing, journaling, or playing a musical instrument, can be beneficial. These activities help channel the scattered energy of Vata into something constructive and calming.
